Exhibitor Information:
Date & Time: First Dates announced: 07/07/2024 - 10/11/08/2024 -
Time: Saturdays 9am - 5pm
Sundays 10am - 4pm
- Location: Sudbury Arts Centre (formerly St. Peter's Church) - Sudbury Arts Centre, Market Hill, Sudbury, CO10 2EA.
- Public Admission: Free entry 10am
Inside Table Rental Fee: £35 per table, per day (Introductory Offer) Normally £45
Number of Tables: 40+ tables inside.
Market Hill Pitches. (Sundays only)
Standard table 6ft outside £30 per day for first fair 7/07/24 (£35 thereafter).
Pitches 16ft - £50 per day for first fair 7/07/24 (£60 per day thereafter).

The magic doesn't end with July and August. Sudbury Suffolk Antiques Fair will continue captivating audiences throughout the year with additional dates, providing even more opportunities for connection, discovery, and success through 2024 & 2025 March to December, and beyond.
Terms & Conditions:
You will receive a more detailed email after sign up.
1. Booking: Exhibitor spaces are limited. To secure your space, please complete the exhibitor registration form.
2. Setup: Exhibitors are responsible for their setup and must adhere to setup guidelines provided by the event organizers. Setup times will be communicated closer to the event date.
3. Security: While security measures will be in place, exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own inventory and belongings during the event.
4. Breakdown: Exhibitors must adhere to breakdown times and ensure that their space is left clean and tidy after the event.
5. Insurance: Exhibitors are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage for their inventory and display items.
